Coach Patrick Carey –

“I have watched Caleb play basketball for the last 5 years. For the past 3 years it has been my privilege to coach him and see his development as a player and a person. Caleb was always a skilled operator and effortless scorer, but as opponents developed, he realized he needed to lift his game to another level. Hours lifting weights and adding real strength resulted in a true three- level scoring threat, not just a sharpshooter. His dedication on and off the court resulted in some amazing performances over the past year including a 46/9/9 job in a state semi-final. Caleb, however, doesn’t focus on statistical outcomes, he just wants to win. He leads with a quiet confidence and makes a coach’s job easy. In addition to possessing the athletic talent and strength to be a lockdown defender, a volume scorer or a pass first facilitating point guard, Caleb has the kind of character that winning teams need. Caleb will be a great asset for whichever program is lucky enough to land him.”
